About

About Bag Of Giving

You ever sit back and think, I really want to play more games. And with this person, and that person, at least once. If only I had the time! We do that, too. And then we stopped moaning, started planning, and then decided to see how many of our creative friends wanted to join in.

Turns out … a lot of them.

Bag of Giving came together with two specific goals in mind: bring together our fellow creatives to have some fun, and put a little good out into the world. On the “having fun” side, we can’t believe how many people replied with an excited “Yes, please, let’s do this!” and without them, we wouldn’t have a program. Plus we wanted to showcase games that deserve some more love, including new releases and indies. Check out our Players page and Schedule to see who’s involved and what we’ll be up to!

On the “doing good” side … playing games is a blast, but we wanted to do more. So we’re going to spotlight some charities and causes that are important to us and our players. If you head over to our Giveaways page, you’ll find instructions on how to donate to one of our selected charities, and a list of the prizes you could win. (There’s some pretty cool stuff there, you should really go take a look. And more to come!)

We hope that you enjoy the games we have planned, and take the time to signal boost not just us, but our generous players and deserving charities. Thanks in advance for joining us, and to everyone who takes the time to donate.
